Scotland's Finance Secretary quits after claims he sent inappropriate message to a teenager

Scotland's finance secretary Derek Mackay has resigned after being alleged of sending inappropriate messages to a schoolboy. He has also taken full responsibility for his actions. Earlier, British media reported Derek Mackay had sent 270 private messages to a 16-year-old boy on Instagram and Facebook over the past six months. Derek was supposed to disclose the Scottish Government's budget for the next year soon.
