On 27th January, son of Raj Thackeray tied the knot with the love of his life Mitali Borude, a fashion designer, in Mumbai. Amit Thackeray and Mitali are together since their childhood. Their wedding function was followed by a reception in the evening, which was attended by personalities from the film industry, sports field, and businessmen. Salman Khan, Amitabh Bachchan, Sachin Tendulkar blessed the couple.
