Russia on Tuesday placed sanctions on US President Joe Biden and several top US officials, reported AFP. Reportedly, Russia's foreign ministry said Tuesday that US President Joe Biden and a dozen other top officials had been banned from entering the country in a reciprocal response to US sanctions. Peace talks between Russia and Ukraine resumed on Tuesday after hitting a technical pause on Monday.
