Rahul Gandhi calls NPR, NRC another demonetization

Rahul Gandhi has claimed the proposed National Population Register (NPR) and National Register of Citizens (NRC) are like demonetization no. 2 and insisted it will affect drastically the poor people of the country. He alleged that only some 15 rich friends of the Prime Minister will be unaffected by this exercise and will benefit greatly from it eventually. It will have twice the impact on the poor than the note ban.
