Pushkar Dhami takes oath as Uttarakhand CM for second consecutive term; PM Modi, Amit Shah, BJP CMs attend ceremony

Pushkar Singh Dhami on Wednesday took oath as the Uttarakhand Chief Minister for a second consecutive term. The grand ceremony was held at the Parade Ground in Dehradun and was attended by BJP top brass, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Minister Amit Shah. Dhami, who began his political career in 1990 with the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad, was administered the oath of office by Uttarakhand Governor Gurmit Singh.
