Newly elected BJP MLA Chaitanya Zala who won from the Padra seat against Congress's Jayshpalsinh Padhiyar was seen waving a sword and firing in the air with a rifle in a viral video. Meanwhile, most former Congress leaders who switched over to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) managed to win in the 2022 Gujarat Assembly elections.
