Russian President Vladimir Putin says more than 3000 Indian citizens are hostage in Kharkiv by Ukraine forces in the city of Kharkiv. He claims that he has proof of Foreigners being held, hostage. In Ukraine for more than one day as hostage at a train station in Kharkiv... 3,179 Indian citizens were held prisoner there... and they are still there, most of them are still there including 576 people in Sumy, Putin said.
