Joe Biden has faced his first setback as the President of the United States as a federal judge blocked his administration from implementing a 100-day pause on deportations. A 14-day temporary restraining order was passed by judge Drew Tipton for further examination of the move. "A near-complete suspension of deportations would only serve to endanger Texans and undermine federal law," Paxton said in a statement.
