Iran: Ex-employee of Defence Ministry executed over spying charges for US agency

The IRIB news reported that Iran executed an ex-employee for the aerospace organization of the defence ministry in recent days on charges of spying for the US Central Intelligence Agency. Jalal Hajizavar quit his post 9 years ago. He was convicted by a military court after an investigation which found documents and spying equipment at home. Jalal was executed at the Rajai Shahr prison in Karaj, west of Tehran.
