In last 5 years, India faces Rs 21,000 crores loss due to Internet shutdowns

Internet shutdowns have become more common in India than anyone could have imagined. Telecom companies have lost Rs 2.45 crore per hour in every circle where the internet is down. According to a report, Vodafone Idea, Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio have incurred huge losses due to the internet shutdowns. Apart from telecom companies, the cab services, food deliveries and banking services also get affected.
