Georgia gets its first female president

Salome Zurabishvili on Sunday swore in as Georgia's fifth president and a first female president. She vowed to protect the rights and freedoms of all Georgian citizens and guarantee the country's rule of law while addressing the audience at the grand inauguration ceremony. She also served as foreign minister of Georgia from 2004 to 2005 and elected as the ex-Soviet nation's president last month.
