"Foreigners will be directly targeted" -UK warns its Citizens against Pak Travel

The UK's FCO advised its citizens against travel to Pakistan due to a high threat of terrorism, kidnap & sectarian violence throughout the country, also said foreigners would be directly targeted. It further said that the British High Commission's ability to deliver consular assistance including in an emergency might be restricted or delayed in certain parts of Pak where the federal govt does not permit to travel.
