East Godavari becomes the first district to have LED lights

A district in Andhra Pradesh, namely East Godavari, will become the first-ever district in the country to be fully equipped with LED lights. According to CM N Chandrababu Naidu, 3.1 lakh LED street lights that have been set up and will also save up to 34 million units of power. During the occasion of Panchayat Raj Divas, similar projects will be carried out in rest of the other districts of Andhra Pradesh.
