The case register by CBI against P Chidambaram in INX Media scam is not mere conjecture. In a review petition submitted to Supreme Court, CBI claims rather the case is highly pivoted on three key evidences (vital disclosure by a witness, Indrani Mukerjea's statement and documentary evidence) pointing out the money linked to the scam stashed in countries around the world and for FIPB approvals to INX Media group.
