Carrie Lam resumes her speech amid rowdy scenes in the Hong Kong Legislative

Carrie Lam, the Chief Executive of Hong Kong had to stop her speech multiple times as she faced strong protests from the Pro-democracy lawmakers. The continuous shouting and hurling of slogans created a ruckus in the assembly and Lam had to leave the assembly at one point. However, the leader has started her speech 10 minutes ago. Though, the address could not be made inside the chamber so she opted for a televised address instead.
