Aadhaar To Be Linked With Driving Licence soon

Union minister Ravi Shankar Prasad has announced that Aadhaar will soon be linked to the driving licence. However, no timeframe of linking Aadhaar card to the driver’s licence was mentioned by him. During Digital Haryana Summit Prasad said, "Digital identity confirms physical identity with the help of digital technology." This move will also help to prevent people from holding multiple driving licenses.
