A Kashmiri rights activist stopped, barred from flying to Germany by Delhi airport authorities

Gowhar Geelani, a Kashmiri rights activist was stopped by Delhi airport authorities and also barred from flying to Germany due to restrictions imposed on his travel. He was travelling to attend a programme with German broadcaster Deutsche Welle from Indira Gandhi International Airport. Last month, a Kashmiri politician and former IAS Officer also stopped at the airport and was not allowed to travel abroad.
