In an apparent sign that hints at Cook Islands' PM's lack of confidence in his cabinet, he is holding the charge of 17 portfolios in the country’s government. Apart from being the PM, Mark Brown is the minister for foreign affairs, immigration, finance, energy and renewables, police, and telecommunications.
