Shane Keith Warne, who lived from September 13, 1969 to March 4, 2022, was an Australian international cricketer who played from 1991 to 2007. Warne represented Victoria, Hampshire, and Australia as a right-arm leg spin bowler and right-handed batsman. He is widely regarded as one of the sport's greatest bowlers; he appeared in 145 Tests, taking 708 wickets, and set the record for the most wickets taken by any bowler in Test cricket, which he held until 2007.
