Laura Ann Aime was at a Halloween party with friends on October 31st, 1974. The 17-year-old left the gathering by herself later that night. This was the final time anyone saw her alive. On November 26th, over a month later, two hikers discovered Laura Aime's nude body on the edge of an embankment in Utah's American Fork Canyon. Laura's assailant battered, raped, and strangled her to death, according to authorities.

Black death struck London in November 1348 and spread all the way up the coast of East Anglia early in the new year. It had ravaged Wales and the Midlands by spring 1349, and by late summer, it had crossed the Irish Sea and penetrated the north.

The Japanese ship Taiyo Maru landed at Honolulu in November 1941, carrying 340 passengers, including Suguru Suzuki, the Japanese Imperial Navy's youngest lieutenant commander. His covert objective was to validate information regarding Pearl Harbor defenses and get more data from Japanese sources in Honolulu. According to the spy, Suzuki submitted a list of 97 questions to Yoshikawa via Consul General Kita on a "tiny ball of crumpled rice paper." He had 24 hours to answer. Riots erupted in New Delhi following Gandhi's murder. Over the span of two days, more than 1,000 innocent Sikhs were slain in indiscriminate assaults. Rajiv Gandhi, Gandhi's son, took over as Prime Minister.

Mr. Rajiv Gandhi was the youngest Prime Minister of India, and possibly one of the world's youngest elected heads of government, at the age of 40. His mother, Smt. Indira Gandhi, was eight years his senior when she became Prime Minister for the first time in 1966. His renowned grandfather, Pt. Jawaharlal Nehru, was 58 when he began his 17-year tenure as free India's first Prime Minister. In more terrible and agonizing conditions than Shri Gandhi experienced in the aftermath of his mother's horrific death on October 31, 1984. But he handled the enormous burdens of personal anguish and national duty with grace, dignity, and moderation.

Vangipurapu Venkata Sai Laxman, often known as VVS Laxman, is a former Indian cricketer who was born in Hyderabad on November 1, 1974. He was a right-handed batter who was also one of the greatest. He was also a part-time off-break right-handed bowler. Because of his surname VVS Laxman, he was also known as Very Very Special Laxman. His 281-run innings against Australia at Eden Gardens in 2001 is regarded as the best Test effort in the previous 50 years. Along batting Rahul Dravid, he holds the record for the biggest third-inning partnership (376 runs) in a test match.

Cook, the second of three sons born to father Donald, a shipyard worker, and mother Geraldine, a homemaker, finished second in his class from Robertsdale High School in 1978. Cook left IBM after a 12-year career and went on to management positions at Intelligent Electronics and Compaq before joining Apple in 1998. Shortly after the death of predecessor Steve Jobs in August 2011, Cook was chosen Apple's new CEO.

Haryana was formed on November 1, 1966, as a result of the division of the former state of Punjab into two separate states: Punjab, which spoke Punjabi, and Haryana, which spoke Hindi. And it was only on that day that Chandigarh was recognised as an Indian territory.
