The tribunal had postponed making a decision on giving a live broadcast until the very last minute, apparently due to concerns about endangering the safety of witnesses, tribunal officials, and others who would be in the courtroom and whose faces would likely be displayed on television. The television stream will be delayed by 20 minutes to allow officials to censor any sensitive pictures or testimonies.
