Owen Wilson is an actor and screenwriter most known for his work with Wes Anderson, with whom he has collaborated on multiple projects. Wilson and Anderson met at the University of Texas and began their careers by co-writing the script for 'Bottle Rocket.' He was born on November 18, 1968, as the middle child of advertising executive Robert Andrew Wilson and photographer Laura Cunningham. He has two brothers, Andrew and Luke, who are also filmmakers. He is of Irish ancestry.
