John Milton is most known for his epic poem Paradise Lost, which is often recognized as the finest epic poem ever written in English. It established his status as one of the greatest English writers, along with Paradise Regained. He argued for the elimination of the Church of England in his written works. His influence spanned the English civil wars as well as the American and French revolutions. In November 1674, John Milton died in England. A memorial commemorating him may be seen in Poet's Corner of Westminster Abbey in London.

Ahead of Guru Nanak's 550th Prakash Purab celebrations, the Kartarpur corridor, which connects Sri Darbar Sahib Dera Baba Nanak in India's Punjab with Gurdwara Darbar Sahib Kartarpur, was opened on November 9, 2019, allowing the first Jatha (batch) of more than 550 pilgrims to travel to Guru Nanak Dev Ji's final resting place without a visa.

The 2.77 acres, previously claimed by both Hindus and Muslims, were the site of a 16th century mosque was demolished by right-wing mobs to unearth and find  a 1st Century temples in Ayodhya, a town in Uttar Pradesh, in 1992. However, on November 9, 2019, India's Supreme Court ruled unanimously that a Hindu temple to the god Ram could be built at the site, while giving Muslim representatives a separate 5 acres of land in the town.

Kocheril Raman Narayanan was appointed vice president of India in 1992 and elected president in 1997. Narayanan was born on February 4, 1921, to a destitute Dalit family. Narayanan died in 2005, at the age of 85. He was afflicted with pneumonia and renal failure. He is and will be remembered as the President who never shied away from speaking his views and calling a spade a spade.

Leonardo Wilhelm DiCaprio was born on November 11, 1974, in Los Angeles, California, and is best known for his edgy, unconventional roles. He began his career in television before moving on to film, where he received an Oscar nomination for his performance in What's Eating Gilbert Grape (1993). DiCaprio rose to prominence after starring in James Cameron's epic drama Titanic in 1997. The actor has also collaborated on several projects with legendary director Martin Scorsese, including The Aviator (2004) and The Departed (2006). (2006).

Guru Teg Bahadur was the ninth Sikh Guru, and the Sikhs revered him as the "Protector of Humanity." Guru Tegh Bahadur was a wonderful teacher as well as a superb fighter, thinker, and poet who penned thorough descriptions of the nature of God, mind, body, and bodily attachments, among other things spiritual. The then-Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb ordered Guru Teg Bahadur to abandon his faith and convert to Islam. When he refused, the Sikh Guru was beheaded in Delhi on November 11, 1675.

The Cullinan Diamond is the largest gem-quality rough diamond ever discovered, weighing 3,106.75 carats (621.35 g) (21.9 ounces) and discovered on January 26, 1905, at the Premier No.2 mine in Cullinan, South Africa. It was named after the mine's chairman, Thomas Cullinan. It was put up for sale in London in April 1905, but despite widespread interest, it remained unsold after two years. The Transvaal Colony government purchased the Cullinan in 1907, and Prime Minister Louis Botha presented it to Edward VII, King of the United Kingdom, on November 9th, as a birthday present.

On November 9, 1914, in Vienna, Austria, Hedwig Eva Maria Kiesler was born. She was discovered as a youngster by an Austrian cinema director and rose to worldwide prominence in 1933 with her appearance in the sexually charged Czech film Ecstasy. Hedy Lamarr was an Austrian-American actress who made her imprint on technology during MGM's "Golden Age." She was involved in the early development of a spread spectrum communication technology. Lamarr was also a scientist, co-inventing an early approach for spread spectrum communications, which is still used in many wireless communications today. Later in life, Lamarr became a hermit and died at her Florida home in 2000.

Spanish professional motorcycle road racer Marc Márquez Alentà has competed for Honda's factory team since his 2013 MotoGP debut. Marc Márquez won the MotoGP world championship on November 10th, 2013.

Gordon James Ramsay was born on November 8, 1966, in Johnstone, Scotland, and reared in Stratford-upon-Avon, England, when his family relocated there when he was five years old. Ramsay's first love was soccer, and he aspired to be a professional player. Ramsay joined the Glasgow Rangers, a professional team, when he was 15 years old. Gordon Ramsay, a Scottish celebrity chef, has developed restaurants throughout the world and presented successful TV shows such as 'Hell's Kitchen' and 'MasterChef.'

Napoleon was a member of a party that successfully ousted the French Directory in November 1799, in an incident known as the coup of 18 Brumaire. The Directory was replaced by a three-member Consulate, and 5'7" Napoleon was appointed first consul, elevating him to France's most powerful political figure. At the Battle of Marengo in June 1800, Napoleon's soldiers beat one of France's long-standing adversaries, the Austrians, and drove them out of Italy. Napoleon attempted to restore post-revolutionary France's stability.

Abraham Stoker was born on November 8, 1847, in Dublin, Ireland, to Abraham Stoker and Charlotte Matilda Blake Thornley Stoker. He was one of seven children, and he suffered from ailments that kept him bedridden until he was about seven years old, but he recovered completely. Bram Stoker is well known as the author of the famous 19th-century horror book 'Dracula.' In 1875, he launched a second career as a writer, writing his first novel, The Primrose Path.

Maulana Azad was born on November 11, 1888, in Makkah, Hejaz vilayet, Ottoman Empire, now Mecca, Saudi Arabia. During the Indian independence movement, he was an Indian scholar, Islamic theologian, independence activist, and senior leader of the Indian National Congress. He also became the Indian government's first Minister of Education.

 On 10th of November 2019 India defeated Bangladesh in the T20 series thanks to Deepak Chahar's 6 wickets for 7 runs. In November 2019, during the third and final T20I between India and Bangladesh, Chahar rewrote history and immortalised his name in the annals of Indian cricket.

On November 8, 2016, Prime Minister Narendra Modi went on national television and said that all Rs 500 and Rs 1,000 high-value notes will become worthless by midnight. The statement at 8 p.m., aimed at flushing out money concealed from the taxman, known as black money, caused about 86 percent of cash in circulation to become worthless by midnight. As expected, mayhem ensued. Demonetisation wreaked havoc on broad swaths of the population, forcing many to form serpentine lines in front of banks to exchange money. Several small enterprises that relied on cash took a beating.
