In the early 1930s, Bonnie Parker and Clyde Barrow were two legendary criminals whose crime sprees spanned multiple states, including Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. As they continued to loot banks, steal cars, and assassinate law enforcement officers and bystanders, the FBI became engaged in the investigation. Many attempts were made to catch the two, but they managed to evade capture. On May 23, 1934, police officers from Louisiana and Texas ambushed Bonnie and Clyde in their car near Sailes, Louisiana, murdering the two.
