Pablo Picasso held his first big exhibition on June 24, 1901, at a gallery on Paris' famed avenue Laffitte. Picasso's talent is praised in the fact that he began showing six years earlier, at the age of thirteen.

"The Fast and the Furious," a criminal drama set in the clandestine world of street racing in Southern California, opens in theatres around the country on June 22, 2001. Little did the film company realise at the time, but the car-themed drama would go on to become the most successful series in Universal Pictures' 104-year history. Dana David and Harry William III are Streep's two siblings. Meryl Streep is a famous personality in the Hollywood film business who needs no introduction. Streep is the most prolific and finest living cinema actress, and the most classic example of beauty with talent. She has ruled the stage and big screen with her great performance and top-notch acting talent since her debut in the 1970s. Her ability to bring the characters to life, as well as the grace with which she handles each of them, is admirable. Streep's exceptional talent is evident in the fact that she has 21 Academy Award nominations (winning three) and 33 Golden Globe nominations (winning eight), the most ever recorded nominations by an actor in the history of the awards.
