The Liberian Declaration of Independence is a document that the Liberian Constitutional Convention adopted on July 26, 1847, to declare the Republic of Liberia to be the independent state that had previously been known as the Commonwealth of Liberia, a colony established and governed by the for-profit American Colonization Society.

Ram Nath Kovind, an Indian politician born on October 1st, 1945, has been India's 14th and current president since July 25, 2017. He is a Bharatiya Janata Party supporter. Additionally, he is the first citizen of Uttar Pradesh to hold the office of Indian President. Prior to taking office, he served as the 26th governor of Bihar from 2015 to 2017, and from 1994 to 2006, he was a member of the Rajya Sabha. He practised law for 16 years in the Delhi High Court and the Supreme Court of India before entering politics. He did so from 1993 to 1997.

James Barry, a military surgeon in the British Army, was born Margaret Anne in 1789 and died on July 25, 1865. Barry, who is originally from Cork, Ireland, graduated from the University of Edinburgh Medical School and practised medicine first in Cape Town, South Africa, and then throughout much of the British Empire. Barry was born Margaret Anne, and even though he has lived all of his adult life as a man, she was the name she was known by as a child. Barry pretended to be a man in both public and private settings in order to enrol in college and pursue a career as a surgeon. Only after a post-mortem examination did the general public and Barry's military coworkers learn about his biological sex.

Pratibha Patil was elected on July 19, 2007, and she won. She won nearly two-thirds of the vote and was sworn in as India's 12th president—the first woman president—on July 25, 2007.

She was the wife of Argentine President Juan Domingo Perón (1895–1974) and served as First Lady of Argentina from June 1946 until her death in July 1952.

Matthew Steven LeBlanc, an American actor, comedian, and television producer, was born on July 25, 1967. His portrayal of Joey Tribbiani in the NBC sitcom Friends and its spin-off series, Joey, brought him international acclaim. LeBlanc received three Primetime Emmy nominations for his work on Friends.
