Ariel Winter Workman is an American actress who was born on January 28, 1998. In the ABC comedy series Modern Family, she played Alex Dunphy. Winter received four Screen Actors Guild Awards for "Best Ensemble in a Comedy Series" with her co-stars. She also voiced Sofia the First, a Disney Junior programme, and Penny Peterson, a character in the 2014 animated film Mr. Peabody and Sherman.

Lala Lajpat Rai was an Indian freedom campaigner who born  on January 28, 1865. He was a key figure in the Indian independence struggle. Punjab Kesari was his popular moniker. He was one of the Lal Bal Pal triumvirate's three members. In 1894, he was also involved in the early phases of the Punjab National Bank and the Lakshmi Insurance Company.
