Kobe Bryant was one of the all-time great basketball players who died too soon in a helicopter crash. The chopper crashed into the side of a hillside near Calabasas less than an hour after taking off. Lala Lajpat Rai was an Indian freedom campaigner who born  on January 28, 1865. He was a key figure in the Indian independence struggle. Punjab Kesari was his popular moniker.
