Geeta Basra Singh (born 13 March 1984) is an Indian film actress of British origin who has acted in Bollywood films. Harbhajan Singh, an Indian cricketer, is her husband. Basra was born in Portsmouth, Hampshire on the south coast of England to Indian Punjabi Hindu parents, but currently lives in Mumbai, India. Rahul, her younger brother, is her only sibling. She received her acting training at the Kishore Namit Kapoor Acting Institute. She made her debut in Emraan Hashmi's 2006 film Dil Diya Hai, where she played a girl who is sold into prostitution by her lover. Her second film, The Train (2007), again starred Hashmi. She portrayed Roma, a professional lady who becomes involved in an adulterous affair.
