The Sanitas Food Company was formed in 1900 by the brothers W.K. Kellogg and Dr. John H. Kellogg finally bought out his brother and founded the Battle Creek Toasted Corn Flake Company in 1906. The firm thrived because to new advertising strategies and advances in cereal quality.
