Simon John Pegg is an English actor, comedian, screenwriter, and producer who was born on February 14, 1970. In the United Kingdom, he rose to notoriety as the co-creator of the Channel 4 sitcom Spaced, directed by Edgar Wright. He went on to co-write and appear in the Three Flavours Cornetto film trilogy, which included Shaun of the Dead (2004), Hot Fuzz (2007), and The World's End (2010). (2013). He co-wrote and starred in the science fiction picture Paul with Nick Frost (2011).
