Woman cannot be asked to choose between her child and her career: Bombay HC

Observing that a woman “cannot be asked to choose between her child and her career”, the Bombay High Court has allowed a woman to relocate to Poland, with her minor daughter, for two years on account of her transfer by her employer company for better prospects. The court further noted that “There has never been, nor will there ever be, anything quite so special as the love between the daughter and her father.”
