Typhoon Noru: 4 dead as super Typhoon Hits Philippines

At least four people were killed and one other person remained unaccounted for after super typhoon Noru hit the Philippines, authorities said on Monday. Deemed to be the strongest typhoon to hit the Southeast Asian nation this year, Noru caused gusts of up to 240 kph on the main island of Luzon, where more than half of the country's 110 million population live, reports the BBC.
