In a time when most companies expect their employees to work around the clock, an Indore based company is gaining accolades for reminding their staff to log out on time and enjoy their holidays. A post on LinkedIn shared by Indore-based SoftGrid Computers HR Tanvi Khandelwal has gone viral on social media. In particular, the company has installed a reminder that locks employee desktops after hours and issues a warning.
