Shaadi.com accused in the UK for caste based discrimination

Shaadi.com, one of the best matrimonial sites of India, is accused in the UK for caste-based discrimination. Their site's algorithms are designed to leave out the scheduled caste community. A barrister from the UK said that they are working towards breach of UK equality law as they ask the users to state their caste. But a spokesperson from the site said that caste is asked to be filled so as to determine the lifestyle.
