Powerful 6.4 magnitude earthquake hits Albania

A 6.4 magnitude earthquake rocked Albania on Tuesday morning, bringing down many buildings and leaving people trapped under the debris. According to reports, at least six people have died. The quake hit 34 km northwest of the capital Tirana and it was felt even in Italy and in the Serbian city of Novi Sad, near about 700 km away. The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre claims there were many aftershocks.
