Guinness World Records has recently officially confirmed that a 21-year-old Chihuahua, from Florida, is the oldest living dog in the world. The Chihuahua who is named Toby Keith is the pet of Gisela Shore who lives in Greenacres and had adopted Toby Keith from an animal shelter when he was a puppy. The news has brought in some criticism for the esteemed organization after they posted an Instagram post of the announcement.
