Nobel Prize in Literature awarded to Norwegian author Jon Fosse

The highly prestigious Nobel Prize in Literature of 2023 has been awarded to Norwegian author Jon Fosse "for his innovative plays and prose which give voice to the unsayable" on Thursday in Stockholm, Sweden. The prize is given for a writer's entire body of work. French writer Annie Ernaux won one of the most prestigious honors in literature last year.
