Man discovers mystery black substance on wall, turns out blood

Two men from Minnesota, US were shocked when a dark substance with horrible smell dripping down their wall was discovered as the blood of an upstairs neighbour who was dead for more than a week. The pictures went viral straight away. They called a maintenance team to investigate and the decomposing body of their neighbor was discovered. The black tar-like liquid was bodily fluids leaked through the floor.
