Japan encouraging it's youth to drink alcohol more, tax agency launches competition

Japan's National Tax Agency urged youngsters in the country to drink more alcohol to earn tax revenue through it. National Tax Agency has launched a drinking contest named 'Sake Viva' to approach Japanese adults to drink more. Japan's alcohol consumption has been in a downward arc since the 1990s, according to the country's health ministry.
