Government wants access to Facebook’s encrypted data

In an investigation, the government has asked Facebook to allow it to access its messenger calls for a criminal investigation. The case is about the investigation of an MS-13 gang for which the law enforcement wants to use calls made through its messaging service. All the calls and chats on Messenger are end-to-end encrypted and so it is impossible for Fb to follow the request, said Facebook.
