Germany slowly easing lockdown measures

Germany have decided to slowly ease the restrictions imposed to tackle the coronavirus pandemic. Social distancing rules will remain until at least May 3, as authorities recommend the use of face masks in shops and on public transport. From next week, shops under a certain size might open their doors. Meanwhile, schools will start to reopen from May 4. Large public gatherings will remain banned until August 31.
