General Bipin Rawat's tragic death in a chopper crash has left the country shocked. Amid the untimely demise of India's first Chief of Defence Staff, Congress' interim President Sonia Gandhi has decided not to celebrate her birthday today. A day earlier, Party General Secretary, Organisation, KC Venugopal had said, "Congress President has decided not to celebrate her birthday, tomorrow, the 9th December."
