Five new COVID-19 drugs trials in UK

Five new drugs including Heparin will now go on trial in 30 hospitals across UK while the race to find a Covid-19 cure continues. The development comes after global trials of hydroxychloroquine, the drug Donald Trump was vigorously promoting as a cure, were stopped. British scientists are now signing up patients for the trials hoping it will stop people falling seriously ill and needing intensive care or ventilators.
