Delhi man showers flower petals on people standing in queue outside liquor shops

A video went viral on social media in which a man was filmed while showering flower petals on the people standing in a queue outside a liquor shop, who were waiting to buy alcohol after lockdown was relaxed yesterday. The incident tool place in Chander Nagar area of Delhi. The man was saying, "You are the economy of our country, government does not have any money". The people couldn't control their laughter during the incident.
