Court ready to cancel arrest warrant, provided rape accused plants 5 saplings

A Ghaziabad court of special judge Rakesh Vashishta had issued a non-bailable warrant against accused Raju for failing to attend the trial of a 4-year-old case. The case involves kidnapping and rape of a minor. The accused Raju had submitted an application to the court, seeking a recall of the warrant. Then the court put forth a condition that he needs to plant five saplings and only then will his arrest warrant be cancelled.
