Ayodhya verdict: SC dismisses claim of Shia Waqf Board and Nirmohi Akhada, consider ASI report

In the historic Ram mandir-Babri Masjid dispute, CJI Ranjan Gogoi headed bench of 5 judges has dismissed the Shia Waqf Board's claim and Nirmohi Akhada suite unanimously. The CJI said the ASI survey report concludes that Babri Masjid was constructed by demolishing a non-Islamic structure in the 14th century. However, the report doesn't confirm that it was a Hindu temple but the faith of Hindus in Ayodhya is undisputed.
