A 21-year-old Indian boy studying in Canada was shot dead in Toronto on Thursday, Toronto Police said on Friday (April 8, 2022). The police informed that Kartik Vasudev was shot at the Glen Road entrance of Sherbourne Subway Station and had received medical attention by an off-duty paramedic. "The man had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries," the police said in a statement.
