120 A320 first officers resigned Air India in last 3-4 months

The national air carrier Air India is witnessing an exodus as around 120 A320 first officers have resigned in the past 3-4 months. According to the airlines, the young employees were serving their 6 months notice period and resigned as soon as it got over. “These first officers were taken on a five-year contract. Most of them joined with only 250 hours of flying experience and left with 3,000 hours or so," an AI official said.
