7 Fan Favorite Marvel Characters
With the huge success of its movies and TV shows, Marvel characters have never been more famous. Captain America, Spider-Man and Wolverine have long been known to many, but lesser-known heroes like Ant-Man, Black Widow and the Galaxy's Guardians are now mainstream. The movies and TV series have led to many characters getting a bigger push in the comics, leading to relaunched solo series and updates to match the live-action versions. Deadpool
As a one-of-a-kind antihero, Deadpool stands alone. His fourth-wall-breaking stunts, R-rated vocabulary, and terribly funny penchant for violence all make him an entity in any comic book, be it DC or Marvel, that is almost unmatched.
Loki
It's sort of insane how Loki, arguably the Marvel Cinematic Universe's most notorious villain, is such a heartthrob to the point that at Comic-Con he also gets cheers from fans. But, as fans of Loki, of course, we have only one explanation for our affection.
Nick Fury
Nicholas Joseph "Nick" Fury, former Head of S.H.I.E.L.D., and member of the Avengers is a world-renowned spy. Nick Fury has tremendous charm and is a natural leader, master planner, manipulator, orator. His capabilities are among the best and make him the world's greatest spy. In his leadership of S.H.I.E.L.D., for years before he retired, he used these abilities to considerable advantage. It was also said by Phil Coulson that Nick was still five steps ahead of someone else. These qualities lead to Quentin Beck considering him the most dangerous guy in the universe, despite possessing superpowers.
Ant Man
Scott Edward Harris Lang is a former imprisoned thief who failed to pay his estranged wife child care for his daughter Cassie Lang's visitation rights. He was persuaded by Hank Pym to take on Ant-Man 's mantle with the pledge of money: a superhero with an advanced suite built to shrink the wearer to a limited size while increasing one's strength, stamina, and physical strength.
Bucky Barnes
Barnes was one of the war captives used to replicate the Super Soldier Serum in Zola's quest to obtained an alternative version of the formula. At the time of Steve Rogers 'rescue, there were no obvious results, but the changes caused by the serum in Barnes' body were adequate to allow him to survive a dive into an ice river at the bottom of a fall that should have killed him. In the Winter Soldier Program, Zola further improved Barnes' body, finally producing an upgraded soldier with athletic skills comparable to Captain America, and without behavioural changes or psychiatric instability that appear to haunt similar programmes in the 21st century.
Shuri
Shuri is the Wakanda Princess, the daughter of T'Chaka and Ramonda, T'Challa's sister, and the chief of the Wakandan Design Party. Often known for developing the new generation, she is an innovator responsible for producing much of Wakanda's latest technologies.
Grand Master
The Grandmaster is the king of Sakaar, who in the Contest of Champions has an obsession with gaming and loves controlling lesser life-forms. He was horrified to discover that Thor already recognised his existing champion, Hulk when the Grandmaster took Thor as his latest challenger. As Grandmaster suspected, Thor soon fled with Hulk from Sakaar, leading to a new rebellion that ended in him losing his position over the Sakaar people.
